The latest device to receive the Android 10 stable update with MIUI 11 is the Xiaomi Mi 8.
Being an OEM of China, Xiaomi does prefer rolling out major OTA updates firstly in their homeland. And Mi 8 is not an exception. It is a 2018 flagship phone.
Now, Mi 8 received the stable Android 10 stable update based MIUI 11 in China after a condensed beta testing phase.
The update is now available for the global variants of the Xiaomi Mi 8, bearing a build number of the MIUI 11.0.1.0 QEAMIXM. The size of the latest update is 1.9 GB, and it further brings the December 2019 android security patch.
Users can get all the features of the Android 10, such as improved location controls, better privacy, and enhanced system-wide dark mode. Besides, users can also enjoy the revised MIUI 11 that comes with overhauled sounds, visuals, and improved system stability. However, the Android security patch level now shifted from October to December (2019).
