Realme XT and Realme 3 Pro Realme UI 1.0 update for the applied users is getting delayed due to some technical reasons.
Earlier, Realme invited the interested owners of XT and 3 Pro to receive the early OTA Realme UI 1.0 update ahead of others. Realme said that those who applied before January 23, scheduled to get their Android 10 updates on or around January 25, while those who have applied after January 23 would receive the update on February 7.
Even Realme 3 Pro and Realme XT started receiving the stable update based on Android 10 a while ago. Indeed 3 Pro received a second Android 10 update with some improvements and bug fixes.
For some technical reasons, the initial batch did not receive the Realme UI 1.0 update as assured, thus raising fears of a delay in the rollout.
A user tweeted, “Where is the realme UI. If you are sending the update late, it is not wrong, but you have announced the date and time but not sending the update. It is excruciating, insane. What is your opinion, dear realme?? Reply or comment.”
While some users were thinking the Realme UI 1.0 update for Realme 3 Pro and XT delayed, the company reassured them that this is just a staged rollout. It means that some units would be receiving the download ahead of others.
Realme India Support official Twitter account replied to a user, “Hey, the Realme UI update for Realme 3 Pro is in a phased rollout process. And it will soon be available on your device too. Stay tuned to our social media handles for further more updates on the same. Thanks!“

When pushed further on this matter, mixed responses came from many Realme support people. While one insists the Realme UI 1.0 update will arrive on January 31 for those who have registered for the OS after January 23.
Another member from support replied that there are some technical issues, and the software team is already working on it.
But now again, the latest developments show that both the devices are getting the stable Realme UI 1.0 update. Where the Realme 3 Pro is getting an update to version C.02, the Realme XT’s update is arriving as version C.01.
