New ZenFone 5Z Android 10 Update

The rollout came in last year, November, for the stable ZenFone 5Z Android 10 update. Before this update, the device has only got a single update in mid-December with November security patches.

The ZenFone 5Z Android 10 firmware recently strike with a new build number 100.10.107.46, up from the previous 100.04.44.108. By seeing the change in version numbers, it is clear that update also has some differences.

Redmi 8 gets January update in India

In India, the Redmi 8 is now getting the update to January 2020 security patches. The European variant is still on December security patches (MIUI 11.0.2.0.PCNEUXM) but, the Indian variant now joins the global variant, i.e., MIUI 11.0.6.0.PCNMIXM at the new January patches.

The OTA update weight is 256MB, and the version number is V11.0.7.0.PCNINXM, and it is based on Android Pie. Users can expect that the Redmi 8 Android 10 update will come unofficially.

Similarly, like the updated ZenFone 5Z Android 10 firmware, there is also the download link for the latest Redmi 8 update. So, it means that users don’t have to wait for the OTA update, they can have the firmware from here and install it manually immediately.
