A month ago, the stable Xiaomi Mi 8 SE and Mi 9 SE Android 10 updates rolled out in China. The update came for the older devices first before arriving on the latest devices.
The updates arrived at the same time when the Mi 8 & Mi 9 superior counterparts were receiving the stable updates to Android 10. Moreover, it seems like for some reason, the Mi 8 SE and Mi 9 SE Android 10 updates never get to roll out widely.
A pair of new firmware updates belong to the Mi 8, and Mi 9 SE has come online. The new MIUI 11 ROMs are based on Android 10, and it is different from the previous versions. In this, users will get the latest available new security updates of February 2020.
The Mi 8 SE is limited to the Chinese market only. The incoming update, which has MIUI version 11.0.2.0.QEBCNXM is also limited to this market. The changelog is below:

The Mi 8 SE and Mi 9 SE users who already picked up Android 10 updates with the first rollout will get a small OTA update. It will hit the security patch level to February 2020 and also fixes the previously identified bugs in the firmware.
