Right now, the Realme X2 Pro is the second most premium offering after the recent launch of the Realme X50 Pro 5G. In October 2019, it was declared that the X2 Pro is the first Realme handset, which is coming with a Snapdragon 800 series chipset.
Unfortunately, the device did not become the first one to run on the latest OS available– Android 10. But, Realme x2 Pro has ColorOS 6.1 based on Android Pie out of the box.
People in China are already testing Android 10 on the Realme X2 Pro. According to the Realme India Support, the software came in January with Realme UI skin on top might leave the beta channels in mid of this month.
In China, the same device recently got an update that hit the security patch level to February 2020. Some users are hoping that this update will come up with Android 10, and if it is not there, then the users will get a new feature and few bug fixes.
The users who are looking forward to the Realme X2 Pro Android 10 update now get the February security patches.
The update will roll out with the version RMX1931EX_11.A.10, and the update is based on ColorOS 6.1. But, it might be the last Pie-based firmware that Realme X2 Pro will get as an OTA update. The summary of the changes in the new update is below:
