Amid this coronavirus pandemic crisis, Facebook has included a new care reaction. It will help users to show up their support in an additional way to the other users during this coronavirus pandemic crisis. The care reaction would be the seventh addition to the existing reactions, which include Love, Like, Haha, Sad, Wow, and Angry. This reaction would sit in between Love and Haha.
The messenger app of Facebook also got a Pulsating Heart reaction. The new care reaction will be rolling out globally from next week, whereas the Pulsating Heart reaction already rolled out. The care reaction can be used to react to images, posts, comments, videos, or any other content both on the Facebook website and app.
Alexandru Voica, an executive of this social media giant, revealed this news on Twitter. Voica is a tech communications manager for Facebook’s EMEA region. He wrote in his tweet, “We know this is an uncertain time, and we wanted people to be able to show their support in ways that let their friends and family know they are thinking of them.“

To activate the heart reaction on Facebook messenger, the user needs to first send a heart reaction in the chat and then press and hold it to view the new addition if you want to go back to the older one, press and hold this new reaction.
As the world is closer to 1.5 lakh deaths during this COVID-19 outbreak, Facebook brought these reactions for its users to express themselves. The pandemic has impacted jobs in many companies and forced people to stay at home, and these uncertainties are making people widely use social media.
