Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo movie came into theatres just before South India’s one of the biggest festivals, Sankranti, on 12 January 2020. The film came in with a lot of high expectations as it was a combination of director Trivikram and actor Allu Arjun. This film is the 3rd combination of the duo who saw hits previously with their Julayi and s/o Satyamurthy.
The film is the story of a boy(Bantu) who was exchanged by Valmiki’s son, who is a middle-class person. Valmiki wants a good life for his son, so he exchanges his son with his friend Ramachandra’s son at the time of birth. At around half the film’s time, Ramachandra’s son(Allu Arjun) finds out that he is in the wrong house and was exchanged at the time of birth in the hospital.
The rest of the story is about how Bantu(Allu Arjun) mingles with his original family without hurting the foster parents’ feelings in any way.
Music was composed by S. Thaman and got a good response for the songs from the film by the audiences.
Sun Network brought the film’s digital rights, and the company is about to release the movie on its digital platform. From 26 February 2020, the movie will be available on the Sun NXT app and website.
