The well-known tipster OnLeaks, in collaboration with iGeeksBlog, leaked the first renders of the rumored iPhone 9. The first renders leaked by OnLeaks with IGeeksBlog, suggest that Apple iPhone SE 2 will be available only with a single rear camera.
According to the reports of GSMArena on Tuesday, the iPhone 9 will feature a 4.7-inch display. It also has dimensions 138.5 x 67.4 x 7.8mm, virtually identical to iPhone 8’s dimensions.
It is expected to run on 3GB RAM and powered by A13 Bionic SoC, which first came with iPhone 11. An LCP antenna may also be added to the Apple iPhone SE 2 to improve network connectivity.
A 10-layer substrate-like PCB (SLP) will feature in the upcoming model. It is the same technology used for iPhone 11 Motherboards. The SLP used in this model is less expensive than that used in the iPhone 11 series. Still, the use of SLP benefits multiple iPhone suppliers like AT&S, Xinxing, and Pending Holdings.
