Asus always impresses the users by rolling out the latest security patches to its devices as soon as possible. Asus is now pushing the latest January 2020 Android Security Patch to its Asus Zenfone 6 variant.
To recall, the software update to the Android 10 arrived in Zenfone 6 back in November. It came just two months after Google released the stable version of Android 10 and added all the goodies. The features such as improved location permission dialogs, fully gestural navigation, and Google’s system-wide dark mode received with the Android 10 update.
The new update for Asus Zenfone 6 (ZS630KL) comes with a build number of V17.1810.2001.119. It brings in the system stability, optimization for the user interface, and improvement in gestures navigation for the device.
Asus is rolling out the update over the air (OTA) for the users with the Asus Zenfone 6 device globally.
The update is available for Zenfone 6 based on Android 10. Since the update is rolling out in batches, it takes some time for all devices to receive the update.
The complete changelog includes an updated Android security patch to January 2020. The new update improved the functionality of Swipe-up gesture navigation. Further, optimized user interface and also optimized the system stability.
