Samsung Galaxy S11+ 5G after its last leak of having 4 lenses in the rear camera, now finally gets its Bluetooth certification. It is the 5G variant of the Galaxy S11+ having the model number SM-G988B that got certified. The Galaxy S11+ is most likely to be sold as a 5G device in all the markets, whereas the Galaxy S11+ and Galaxy S11e could have both 5G and LTE variants, despite the fact that the Snapdragon 865 and Exynos 990 have 5G connectivity built-in as a standard variant.
In the Bluetooth certification, the name is just mentioned as “Samsung Mobile Phone”. We are not sure about the launch of a new mobile phone in its flagship series rumored as Galaxy S20. Only after getting all the clearances, most of the big mobile companies do not reveal its name. This is practiced widely by all the big industries. This could be a possible reason as Samsung is using a common/generic name during the certification.
The Bluetooth certification does not reveal anything about the specs of the device except its model number, model name. We know only one thing that the mobile has got Bluetooth 5.0 certification and nothing else. As of now, some of the expected specs of Galaxy S11+ include the Exynos 990/Snapdragon 865 SoC, a 6.9-inch display, up to 12GB of RAM, a 108MP main rear camera, a 48MP 5x zoom camera and a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W super-fast charging support. It could possibly come in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage variants. This also introduces us to One UI 2.1 as revealed a few months ago.
