The gameplay footage first appeared on Reddit. The developers confirmed that the video is captured on a PC and is at least one year old. This Godfall gameplay footage is from an internal presentation at the Counterplay Games. The latest flashy visuals are looking impressive. Sony confirmed that PS5 uses the latest Nvidia’s Ray-Tracing technology at 4k 60 FPS.
Apart from the impressive hardware of PS5, the combat in this Godfall trailer looks crisp and smooth. It seems like they developed Godfall with some great artistic style. Unfortunately, the game is still under development, and the actual finished product will vary from the footage available now.
In the game, you will be a part of the exalted Knight’s order, who has to stop the coming apocalypse. It looks like you have to wear quite heavy armor and a huge sword. The trailer shows like you have to strike down hordes of enemies with this huge sword. As in the case of similar war/battle games, we can expect quests with great rewards after the quests.
We expect the game to release somewhere in the Holiday 2020, as mentioned in the trailer. As announced previously, we know that Sony also releases its PS5 somewhere around Holiday 2020. With the crisp visuals and graphics, we can only expect the game to be worth the price.
