Back in November 2017, Google launched its Google Pixel 2 XL with Android 8 Oreo.
The tenth version of the Google operating system is Android 10 that have come up with many system UI changes and new features. Since Android is the open-source project by Google, with the release of Android 10, the LinageOS team started working on the LinageOS 17.1. To recall, LinageOS is the replacement to the Cyanogenmods, which discontinued in 2016, and then again, it came as LineageOS.
Now, proceeding back to the recent development of the unofficial LineageOS 17.1. It is now available for Google Pixel 2XL based on Android 10.
In January 2020, the Google Pixel 2 XL was reportedly getting unofficial support to LineageOS 17.1. Developer Blackjubel brought this Pixel 2 XL LineageOS 17 build.
