Huawei P40 series is an upcoming phone by Huawei 2020 flagship and is anticipated to launch in the first quarter of the next year. The Huawei P30 series was one of the best camera mobiles this year. As we are waiting for the smartphone’s specifications, some of the phone’s display details can be seen online.
The leaks of the latest Huawei P40 leak shows that the top-end model of the phone features a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen. One of the leaks states that the Huawei Nova 6 SE is rebranded and launched as the Huawei P40 Lite in 2020.
The first leak of Huawei P40 by a tipster @RODENT950 on Twitter declares that Huawei P40 will feature with an ‘Advanced Horizontal Display.’ It will have a pill-shaped cut-out for multiple selfie cameras. The Huawei P30 had a water drop-style notch upfront.

The tipster also claims a 2K AMOLED or 6.57-inch full-HD+ display with HDR and DCI-P3 support. Ultimately, a placeholder state following the leaked specifications indicates that the phone will use Leica optics, and that is not a surprise as previous Huawei P-series phones have the same.
For Huawei P40 Lite, the same tipster claimed that the Huawei Nova 6 SE that was launched last week, will be propelled as the Huawei P40 Lite in other markets next year. He also shares a display in Black, showing the hole-punch display, and the quad rear camera setup backed by AI features. If this is correct, then Huawei P40 Lite will have Kirin 810 SoC, a 6.4-inch full-HD+ display, a 4,200mAh battery,128GB storage, 8GB RAM, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a 48-megapixel main rear camera.
Huawei P30 series was launched in the month of March in this year. Huawei P40 series will be launched in the same month next year if the company wants to continue this as a trend.
