As many of the tech giants are heading towards the streaming platform, Huawei also started Huawei Video, the video-on-demand (VOD) streaming platform. The company began to provide this service in Malaysia from March 2020. Huawei video app features both local and international video categories such as movies, dramas, TV series, sports, news, kid’s content, documentaries, and many more. On subscribing to Premium Experience Pack, users can enjoy ad-free, full-length HD video content.
Now, Huawei is offering the users of Malaysia, a free Premium pack that include video content from Mango TV, TVB, Explorers, and Qello Concerts by Stingray channels.
The viewers who own Huawei P40 series or Huawei MatePad Pro will be able to get a free subscription for three months to The Explorers, and Qello Concerts channels, while all the other Huawei users can get a free subscription of one month for these two channels. TVB will be free for all the Huawei video viewers, whereas Mango TV would be open to all the Huawei video users but until July 20, 2020.
You can redeem the free subscription of premium until June 30, 2020. The duration of the subscription starts from the day of redemption. After the offer period, the premium subscription of The Explorers, Mango TV, and Qello Concerts by Stingray will be charged at RM12.9, RM9.90, and RM15, respectively every month.
However, you can always view the TVB channel for free on Huawei Video.
