Moto G7 Android 10 kernel source code along with Oppo Find X2 line kernel source code are now available.
Android Operating system is built upon the Linux kernel. The Android smartphone makers will provide the kernel source code to comply with the GNU General Public License v2.
It will also be an opportunity for the custom ROM developers such as LineageOS, Paranoid Android, Pixel Experience, etc. to go through it and provide newer features on their ROMs as well as further built much stable firmware.
To recall, Moto G7 received a kernel source code based on Android 9 Pie back in May 2019. Also, the device recently received a stable Android 10 update with version QPU30.52-16-2.
