Last of Us Part II is one of the most-awaited games on the PlayStation 4 this year. The game is a direct sequel of the post-apocalyptic Last of Us, which was launched in 2013 for PS3. It becomes the most popular game on the console and gets remastered for the PS4. Now, the players will get its sequel in May 2020.
To create some more build-up hype for the Last of Us II, Naughty Dog has offered a theme for PlayStation consoles. Naughty Dog has earlier made the Last of Us and the Uncharted series. The countdown has started for The Last of Us Part II. Only 108 days is remaining for the release; it will release on 29th May.
The comeback of The Last of Us Part II Ellie Edition
Naughty Dog has acknowledged the request of the players and come out with limited The Last of Us Part II Ellie Editions for the PlayStation owners.

There is a lot of new content in The Last of Us Part II Collector’s Edition. It will come with a full-scale, fully-functional imitation of Ellie’s backpack. It will also have an embroidered patch and a 7-inch Vinyl single music for the game.
Free PS4 Combination of Theme, Key Art & Wallpapers
The all-new combination of themes from Naughty Dog changes based on the clock. In the morning, players will get to see Ellie, played by Ellen Page, sitting beside a tree playing her guitar. When the sun goes down, then theme changes, and then the players will see Ellie holding a weapon, and she is hiding behind the same tree, and some bad guys are searching for her.
If players want the theme, then they have to log in to the PlayStation Store. After that, they have to enter the code to download the theme. The download codes are region-specific, i.e., the code made for the US will only work there, not in India and vice-versa. The same thing Naughty Dog said in their tweet.

This theme is free, and to download the theme, one has to redeem the codes which are based on region. The last day to redeem the codes is 2nd November 2021.
Besides this, Naughty Dog also has plans for The Last of Us Part II hands-on demo at PAX East 2020. It will be available for only three days, i.e., from 27th February to 1st March. Fans will get the chance to play “Patrol” by reliving PAX East, Ellie and Joel’s journey in Boston. The developers have allowed only one hour to play the game.
Polyresin statuette of 8″ “Ellie with Machete” is also up for offers. The new collections are only for a limited time. The last date to receive pre-orders via Dark Horse Direct is 13th March 2020. Pre-orders have already started.
