Nokia 6.2 started to receive an Android 10 update, which also brings with it the latest March 2020 Security Patch. The Nokia 6.2 was first available with stock Android 9 in October 2019, and now, after about six months, the phone is receiving its Android 10 update that is in line with the updated road map shared by Nokia-brand licensee HMD Global. As we saw in the past, the latest Android 10 update for the Nokia 6.2 will be a staged rollout with some regions receiving the Android 10 update in the first batch and the others receiving it in the second batch later.
From a post shared on the Nokia community forum, the company updated a long list of countries that will be part of the first wave.

India, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Cambodia, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, France, Georgia, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Morocco, Mongolia, Nepal, Norway, Netherlands, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Russia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tunisia, UAE, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Yemen.
The company also announced that 10% of these approved markets will receive the Nokia 6.2 update today and that 50% will receive it by 1st May. All of the remaining countries will get the update by 3rd May.
While there is no changelog on the Nokia community forum, a Twitter user who received the update posted a screenshot of the changelog. The screenshot shows the Software version of Android 10 update as V2.290 and is of 1.5GB size. It also includes new features like Dark Mode, gesture navigation, Smart reply, along with additional controls for privacy and location.
If you have received the update notification on your device, then you can download it directly on your device. Else, if you want to do it manually, then you have to navigate through Settings > About phone > System updates.
The Nokia 2.3 was the last Nokia phone to receive the Android 10 update this month. Other Nokia phones that received the update this month are Nokia 7.2, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 8, and Nokia 3.2. These updates seem to be on track with the revised roadmap shared by HMD Global. Notably, the company had to change its roadmap due to disruptions caused by the pandemic coronavirus.
