OnePlus is getting ready to jump onto the ‘Lite’ trend, by following in the footprints of Samsung. The electronics giant from South Korea, Samsung is preparing for the launch of Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
The forthcoming OnePlus 8 and its Pro sibling are surfaced online, with the cause of alleged leak-based CAD, and the leak of a 360-degree video of the OnePlus 8 Lite.
The OnePlus 8 Lite presents a hole-punch camera that is positioned centrally at the top that is similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Furthermore, the phone is also shown to feature dual rear cameras.
The 360-degree video of the OnePlus 8 Lite is rendered by onLeaks in collaboration with the 91 Mobiles. The phone is flaunting its setup of two rear cameras positioned in a large black module. Additionally, the blue gradient finishing on the OnePlus 8 Lite shares its similarity with the Glacier Blue paint job of the OnePlus 7T. A laser autofocus module is accompanying the camera sensors, while the LED flash lies at the bottom.
The front view of the OnePlus 8 Lite has a centrally positioned hole punch but a noticeably different design from the left corner position of the hole punch when compared to OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
The OnePlus 8 Lite is said to be featured with a flat display, which will be measured around 6.4 inches to 6.5 inches. The smartphone will also feature a USB Type-C port, but a 3.5mm headphone jack is absent in it.
Dimensions of the OnePlus 8 Pro are inclined to be 159.2x74x8.6mm. The leaked image does not show any physical fingerprint sensor that hints the equipping of OnePlus 8 Lite with a fingerprint sensor.
As of now, no other details, such as megapixel count of the cameras, battery capacity, and the make of processor, are revealed. As per the launch timeline of OnePlus, it is expected that the launch of the OnePlus 8 Lite is yet a few months away.
