Now, users can pair Bluetooth headphones with their OnePlus TV.
Last year in September OnePlus launches its first TV which is called OnePlus TV. The range of the product starts with the two variants, i.e., the Q1 and Q1 Pro, whose prices are Rs. 69,999, and Rs. 99,999 respectively. The company releases software updates that improve the user’s experience for OnePlus TV.
The latest software update comes up with various new features. The most important one is an expansion of the list of content partners for OxygenPlay. The content platform builds up into the Android TV software of the television as a launcher. In new additions to OxygenPlay, it includes MX Player, Voot, ShemarooMe, AltBalaji, JioSaavn, and Spotify. The content from all of these platforms will be available on the OxygenPlay interface after the update. But, still, users have to sign in their subscriptions for some of the content providers.
There are some other changes, and new features are coming with this update. In this update, the user will be able to connect Bluetooth headphones on the TV. Users can use a OnePlus smartphone as a hotspot for the TV by using the OnePlus Connect app. The update will have various picture quality optimizations, and also the user can use the Prime Video button, which is on the remote to do the power on and off the TV. The software update is coming out for both the Q1 and Q1 Pro models for the TV.
OnePlus has continuously improved its first television by periodic software updates that enhance the overall user experience. The new update came within a week after the launch of the product fixed some of the initial problems. A more significant update in December brought the official support for Netflix to the TV.
