Redmi K20 Pro started to receive a new MIUI 11 update MIUI 11.0.3.0.QFKINXM which includes bug fixes confirmed Xiaomi. The new version does not bring a new security patch.
In other news, the Redmi K20 series have started supporting HD video playback support on Amazon Prime Video. Earlier these mobile series despite having Widevine L1 certification for HD video streaming, Amazon was an exception until now.
The new update is sized between 520 MB and 2.2 GB based on the existing version of the software.
As per Xiaomi, the latest update in MIUI 11 includes a fix for the bug that affected the notification setting when using the second space. The GPS toggle is also renamed as Location in the new update. It has also optimized the Clock App to show more obvious name for local time. And it has a fix for the issue that could cause the images to overlap while scrolling through screenshots.

Your K20 Pro should get updated with the new MIUI 11 automatically. If you can’t find the automatic update then you can also get it updated manually by going to Setting > About Phone>System Update.
Also, the Redmi K20 series has got HD video playback support on Amazon Prime Video.
Previously the K20 series despite having the Widevine L1 certification which is for the support of HD video playback support, these devices did not support HD playback on Prime Video. But now after the update, some users posted that they can stream HD videos on Amazon Prime Video.
Although K20 series mobiles were Widevine L1 certified, due to the lack of white-listing of amazon Prime Video by the content provider the users were not able to stream HD videos on Prime Video. Now we have restored the devices and K20 series will now be able to stream HD videos”

To set up with the HD video streaming on Amazon Prime Video on your K20 devices go to Settings > Stream & Download > Streaming Quality and enable Highest quality while on WiFi and Best quality while streaming on mobile data.
