Redmi K30 5G variant was spotted on TENAA with 10GB RAM, hinting the addition of yet another storage model of the 5G phone. Earlier this month, the Redmi K30 5G and Redmi K30 phones were launched, and an option for 12GB RAM was seen on TENAA soon after.
Now, the Redmi K30 5G is located on TENAA once again. This time an option for 10GB RAM is added in the mix. The listing on TENAA shows 10GB, 8GB, and 6GB RAM options, whereas the storage options are listed to be 256GB, 128GB, and 64GB.
Redmi K30 5G displayed on the latest TENAA listing is with the model number M2001G7AC, and it lists an option of 10GB RAM inferring that a launch may be in line. The 10GB RAM is seemingly to come with 256GB storage.
This model number in the listing is slightly different than that of the earlier seen model number of 12GB RAM option. That one had the model number M2001G7AE. However, it is not sure which one Xiaomi is planning to launch. It might be either both or neither.
As of now, Xiaomi is offering an option of 8GB RAM + 256GB storage as the high-end model in China, and its price is CNY 2,899 (around Rs. 29,100). The 12GB RAM or the 10GB RAM, whichever the company chooses to reveal, will be priced higher than this top-end model.
Other than the additional RAM option, the listing on TENAA has the same specifications as the Redmi K30 5G phone launched in China. The phone employs Snapdragon 765G SoC, sports a hole-punch display 6.67-inch full-HD, and runs on MIUI 11.
It is also available with a hybrid microSD card slot (up to 256GB) for additional expansion of storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
Furthermore, Redmi K30 5G highlights a quad-camera setup with the 64-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, a 5-megapixel macro lens, and an 8-megapixel camera. Upfront, the smartphone also incorporates a dual-camera setup with a 2-megapixel shooter and a 20-megapixel camera. The phone houses a 3.5mm audio jack and supports 5G & NFC.
