TCL is going to unveil the new LED technology television at CES 2020. LED screen technology is affordable for television. Makers have been searching for some better options to provide better products.
One such technology is a mini LED that is an evolutionary technology on the basis of the popular LED-LCD technology.
The Chinese television manufacturer TCL has established and promoted this technology, and will now be launching the next-gen of mini-LED technology for televisions in the upcoming CES 2020 that is set to take place from January 7 to 10.
TCL, through a press release, has announced the news that states that the next-generation mini-LED technology will be exhibited on January 6. TCL has put substantial resources into the advancement of mini-LED technology that is seen as an affordable option to OLED screen technology.
Earlier this year, the company has launched the TCL 8-series, which is its first mini-LED TV series.
Mini-LED is distinct from micro-LED and OLED technologies in that it is an evolutionary technology of LED itself. The function of mini led is similar to that of local dimming technology but is said to provide for many for light zones, supporting for much more effective local dimming that may well seem to be on par with the individual pixel control proposed by OLED televisions.
Though TCL has only just launched consumer-grade mini-LED products, and it is exciting to note that the company is now ready to kick things up a notch at CES.
The Chinese television maker, TCL is present in India with most of its affordable television ranges that are available both offline and online.
Recently, TCL has launched its flagship P8M television in India. It is an 85-inch model running on the Android TV platform.
