Xiaomi Mi 8 was launched in May 2018. The device sports 6.21 inches display, 12 MP wide-angle plus 12 MP telephoto dual rear camera, 20 MP selfie camera, and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It is also fueled with a 3400 mAh battery.
To recall, Mi 8 is the first device to support dual-frequency GPS positioning. Additionally, the phone got upgraded to DC dimming function just after a few days of launch. The phone also supports Game Turbo technology, and that is why even if it is two years old, it is still relevant in the market.
Now, the Xiaomi Mi 8 in China received a new update, which brought many bug fixes. The device got a bump in the version number V11.0.7.0.QEACNXM from version V11.0.6.0.QEACNXM. The update is via OTA and weighs about 430 MB.
