After a year-long beta testing, Activision finally released Call of Duty Mobile for the Android platform in October 2019. At the launch time, the game only has a couple of game modes included in it. These game modes are Frontline, Domination, Free-for-All, Hardpoint, Team Deathmatch, and Battle Royale. Now, as per the official announcement on Reddit, Activision is rolling out a major update Call of Duty Mobile v1.0.10 that kicks off Season-3.
The latest update Call of Duty Mobile v1.0.10 brings the Season-3 Battle Pass featuring an updated tier model, futuristic weapons all with the same amount of gear and loot, etc. Along with the Battle Pass, the update also brings new operator skills and scorestreaks. It also includes a new limited-time mode and two new multiplayer maps. Of the two new multiplayer maps, the first one is- Cage, which is a whole new map created for the mobile platform. The second map is Scrapyard, which is a classic restoration of the Modern Warfare 2 map. The Scrapyard map will be available to all players along with the update’s release. But, the Cage map will come to the game later this season.
New Game Modes in Call of Duty Mobile v1.0.10
The latest update brings Rapid Fire Mode for fast-paced gameplay. This mode will be available with the update’s release. This mode offers faster scorestreaks, unlimited ammo, and short operation skill cooldowns that will give more fun for casual players in the game.
The latest update includes some general map updates for Battle Royale, a new class skill, and a new 20v20 mode called Warfare. The Warfare mode will also be available on release and will offer multiplayer style fast-paced combat, but in Battle Royale, infinite respawns, a loadout save feature, and more. In this mode, the two teams will drop on their respective sides of the map, and the first team to get 150 kills will win the match.
