Xiaomi has finally announced its next-generation OS skin —MIUI 12 update. The latest User Interface from Xiaomi comes with lots of exciting features. It is loaded with excellent animations, design language along with key features like Dark Mode 2.0, Super Wallpaper, and more. The company is also accepting applications for MIUI 12 closed beta testing in China already. The company revealed the list of smartphones that are eligible for MIUI 12, starting from June 2020. So, without wasting any time further, let’s take a closer at the list of Xiaomi smartphones that will get the latest MIUI 12 update.

From the above list, we can see that only 11 devices(including K30 Pro zoom and K20 Pro Premium Edition) will receive the MIUI 12 update in the first batch(end of June). Others will have to wait to get the latest features, but it’s amazing to see Xiaomi release this update to 38 devices in its portfolio. Some of these devices were launched about two years ago.
Some devices are not included in the list, such as the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Mi 10 Lite, Poco X2, and much more because Xiaomi has only announced the devices that will get the MIUI 12 update in China. The company, at a stage show, revealed that stable MIUI 12 builds will start rolling out by the end of June.
We can expect Xiaomi to launch the latest update globally, along with device eligibility and availability details, in the upcoming days/weeks. It is then we will learn when your Xiaomi or Redmi device will receive the MIUI 12 update in India. The rollout may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we will have to wait for more information regarding the update.
