The MIUI 11 China stable version V188.8.131.52.QFACNXM for MI 9 rolled out. You can update it as soon as possible from the links below.
If you are using the recent China stable ROM then you will be notified about the update via OTA update. But, if you are on Custom stable ROM or China developer ROM then you have to go through the clean upgrade via Fastboot update. Make sure to backup all your data before proceeding with the update.

If you are using the official and latest update on your phone then you will get the OTA update on your mobile. If you don’t get the OTA update then you can manually download it from the updater app.
