When NVIDIA GeForce NOW came in beta in the market, then the gaming market was not that crowded. The service of NVIDIA is still a better option as it is continuously providing new games. This month, GeForce NOW has received more than 40 new titles. The best part of this is there is no need to re-purchase a game to play it as NVIDIA sends into the existing Steam library. Now, it will make some changes in its game catalog, and the game developers have to opt-in to the service.
If game developers will opt-in to keep the games on GeForce NOW, then there will be only a few games available on the platform, which is not good for the consumers. There will be more stability for the game catalog and better support. Earlier this, the user will see that games are randomly disappearing from GeForce NOW as the developers didn’t like their games were added on the platform. Some developers are feeling that they are not getting proper payment for the titles that are available on various platforms.
In contrast, other developers want to continue an exclusivity or licensing deal with one of the cloud gaming platforms. If the game is suddenly removed from GeForce NOW, it is so annoying for the users. The developers will be completely aware and ready to support the platform.
After 31st May, the developers and publishers’ titles will be removed if they hadn’t opted into GeForce NOW. The best point is that more than 2,000 games assigned to the service, and more games are going to add every Thursday. The users can check the full list of titles and publishers that opted-in, also those who are opted-out or failed to opt-in, on NVIDIA’s website. Click here.
