Rumors suggest that OnePlus 6T might be launched on October 17. These rumors are based on a leaked launch invite date and a screenshot of the same shared by OnePlus in India. It also suggests that the phone will have an in-display fingerprint sensor. Just a few weeks for OnePlus 6T to launch and there is too much excitement around the flagship. Some leaks even showed the 360-degree look of the phone. In addition to this, many design elements have also been leaked. On the front, a waterdrop-style notch is visible along with a selfie camera in the middle. The new notch style translates into a higher screen-to-body ratio for OnePlus 6T.
Previous leaks have suggested that OnePlus 6T might have a larger 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED display panel along with the same full-HD+ resolution. At the back of the smartphone is a dual camera setup, and leaks suggest that there are three cameras at the back.
Reports from MySmartPrice also claim that the dimensions of OnePlus 6T are 157.5×75.7×8.2mm and the phone will be 8.6mm at its thickest point, along with a camera bump. If this is compared to OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6 has a thickness of 7.8mm, which hints that 6T might have improved internals with a larger battery. OnePlus 6T is expected to run on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, along with 6GB/ 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB inbuilt storage.
