A stable EMUI 10 upgrade has been received by Huawei P20 and Mate 10 series recently. Now in Huawei’s campaign to get a stable EMUI 10 update, a set of other smartphones has started to receive this update. The new Huawei and Honor smartphones are also being moved from public beta to the full-fledged EMUI 10 version.
In October 2019, a new bunch of Huawei smartphones was added to this EMUI 10 beta program, which was then shifted to public beta and was processed in December 2019 for stable EMUI 10.
Huawei is sending the official version of EMUI 10 for Huawei Nova 4e, Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus (Y9 Prime 2019), Maimang 7 (Mate 20 Lite), Maimang 8, Maimang 8 (P Smart+ 2019), Honor 10 Youth Edition (10 Lite), and Honor 20i.
EMUI 10 brings a new Magazine style user interface design, Morandi color system, newly added features such as Dark Mode, new animations, and a focused and improved user experience.
The update is now available for both users running on EMUI 9.1 and beta testers in China.
The Honor 10 Youth Edition, Honor 20i Youth Edition, Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus, Huawei Maimang 7, Huawei Maimang 8 are receiving the new stable EMUI version 10.0.0.151. Huawei Nova 4e is receiving the stable EMUI version 10.0.0.155.
The patch for EMUI 10 beta users holds different features, improvements, and fixes to the issues found in the previous beta builds.
Now some of the users outside China who are using Huawei Y9 Prime 2019, Honor 10 Lite, and Huawei Mate 20 Lite are getting the latest update. You can update to the latest version from Settings > System > Software update > Check for updates > Download and Install. You can also update using the HiCare app. Open HiCare app > Update > Check for updates > Download and Install.
