Samsung Galaxy A51’s latest software update is right now limited to European markets.
According to the reports, Samsung has started rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy A51 in some of the markets. This new update has come up with the camera stability improvements. The Galaxy A51 came officially in the market last year, and in India, it was launched back in January.
In this changelog of the new software update, there is an enhancement done in the stability of the camera. Also, the update is coming up with the December Android security update in the Galaxy A51 in the European markets. In the changelog, there are no details regarding the arrival of any new features.
As per the report from SamMobile, the latest software update have the build number A515FXXU1ASL6. It is currently available for Galaxy A51 users who are living in France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, UK, and some other European countries. Samsung has didn’t said that when the rollout will come in other markets where the Galaxy A51 has launched already.
If you didn’t receive the OTA notification yet, then you can check it manually in the software update section of the Settings app. The update size is 223.98MB, and it is now rolling out through the stable OTA channel.
It looks like the update is only rolling out in those markets where the phone is running in an older security version. In markets like India, the phone was launched in January, and A51 already has the December Android patch running. And now, it is going to receive the January security patch.
The update is only coming with the camera stability improvement, but it doesn’t specify whether this update is for the whole app or its video and image stabilization only.
