PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update is all set to hit your devices tomorrow, i.e., May 7, 2020. All the PUBG fans are eagerly waiting for the update when PUBG Mobile officially announced the update release date. As earlier, there were many rumors on the update release date, but nothing has come true.
The PUBG Mobile India revealed some details of the update on its Youtube channel. The PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update would come with a new Miramar Map update. Golden Mirado, a new car in the Miramar map, a new vending machine where you can get up to 8 drinks at a time, race tracks can be found in the Miramar map. Also, Win 94 is upgraded with a 2.7X scope along with updated results screen.
And it is already known to us that the update is quite more massive in size, and it weighs about 1.97 GB on Android devices and 2.21 GB of storage space on iOS devices.
Patch Notes Of PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 Update
Here are some of the major changes you can see in the PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update:
Jungle Adventure (New Classic Mode) Content
You can enter the Jungle Adventure mode while searching for a match in Sanhok, and this mode would add more challenges and features that are not present in Sanhok.
EvoGround Mode
This mode is similar to that of the Blue Hole Mode in PUBG PC. Erangel has two zones one inner and another outer, where the outer zone shrinks to the inner.
New Maramar
Maramar map is updated with an Oasis added in the northern part along with some new race tracks. Golden Mirado, a new car in the Miramar map, a new vending machine where you can get up to 8 drinks at a time, race tracks can be found in the Miramar map.
Win 94, Results Screen UI
Also, Win 94 is upgraded with a 2.7X scope that only spawns in Miramar along with updated results screen UI. You can now see a detailed screen of the results page where you can check the match stats along with the comparison of stats with others in the same tier.
New Currency
Now all the silver rewards will be converted into AceGold, a new currency and the items you purchase with the UC in the shop will also turn to AceGold pricing.
The UC rewards that you get would come with two options. You can choose either 30UC or 400AG (AceGold), which is equal to 40 UC. Now, the default draw price would be 300AG, and when you don’t have enough AG, you can use UC.
P-90, A New Weapon
The P-90 weapon has a default magazine capacity of 50 shots and would fire 9mm rounds. It would be equipped with 1x-6x Scope, SMG Muzzle attachments, and the Laser Sight in three different firing modes, namely full auto, burst, and single.
Protection Against Cheater Kills
The PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update will become a point protection match when a player loses points by getting killed by a cheater, and all the lost points will be returned and informed through an in-game mail.
Improvements in the Classic Mode Combat Interface
With the PUBG Mobile 0.18.0 update, the screen now shakes while being attacked by other players in close combat and when a character fights in close quarters. When health decreases because of getting attacked, you could now see an improved blood stain effect. If you press the attack button while using drugs, that will interrupt the action, and the drug effect would be canceled to maintain continuity of the game.
Canted Sight
It is a new attachment that acts as a close-range scope and will be equipped along with other scopes.
Cheer Park
A new Cheer Park is added into the game to relax with friends after having a tough match.
