Navigate to Samfrew, to manually download the updates for your specific Samsung Galaxy A20 models. Notably, the Galaxy A20e has already bagged the One UI 2.0 (Android 10) update, and it was about time; the Galaxy A20 model also picks it. And, it has released its successor version named One UI 2.0 for Android 10 running devices. The One UI 2.0 provides plenty of improved features and all the goodies of Android 10 as well.
The latest update will be received via OTA in batches and will take some time to hit all three Galaxy A-series smartphones. However, users can head over to Settings -> Software update -> Download and install to check for the update manually.
Otherwise, as already mentioned, you can also grab the update package file from the Samfrew or Frija tool and update your Samsung Galaxy A20 locally. If you don’t know the Frija tool, Frija tool downloads the firmware file directly from the Samsung FUS (Firmware Update Server) onto your Samsung device.
