Back in February, there was a lot of confusion among many Mi A2 Lite users regarding the Android 10 update, since the support team of Xiaomi replied to their queries that Mi A2 Lite would not receive Android 10 update.
Since the device was launched with Android Oreo and each phone should receive two major OS updates, so the users of this device have signed a Change.org petition intended at forcing Xiaomi to deliver the Android 10 update as promised.
However, finally, Mi A2 Lite made to receive an Android 10 update. But, the joy of the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite users was short-lived as they were experiencing bricking of their device after updating it to Android 10. It made Xiaomi pull back the update and said that it would be working on fixing the issue and release the patch up soon.
Finally, now Xiaomi re-released the Android 10 update for Mi A2 Lite.

The update is via OTA and is of the size 1.15 GB, and the complete changelog is as follows

– Privacy controls
– Gesture navigation
– Replace the Xiaomi FM with a Qualcomm app
Since there was no official announcement, many users were hesitating to install the firmware on their devices.
However, today, Xiaomi made an official announcement that it has partially released the Android 10 update for the device with version V11.0.4.0.QDLMIXM and also confirmed the bricking issue of the device on the last update had been fixed.
