Just follow the steps above
Hi Tejia, I’ve follow your instruction to unblock bootloader. However, I also couldn’t boot my LG G2 into fastboot mode. When I key “adb reboot bootloader”, the cellphone just reboot and went into system.
Could you please advice how I can solve this issue, thank you so much.
Teja Pagidimarri says
Try the key combination.
1) Power off your LG device;
2) Connect your USB cable to your computer, but not your phone.
3) Press and hold the Power and Volume Up keys simultaneously for about 5 to 8 seconds. Now connect the other end of the USB cable to your phone;
I followed the steps above untill no. 6. I had to type the .\adb …. (told by the power shell). The device did reboot. Then I went on with no. 7 : .\fastboot … Powe shell says: . Nothing happend (Phone, Shell, …).
I have also tried the key combination thing.
